Chances to change

How can the ChancesToChange board game be of service to you?

We are listening to your unique experience and how you give meaning to what is happening. We are shapeshifting a field of fear into a flow of joy, ease and love.

These are special times. What is your current story? What is underneath the Coronavirus outbreak? What might really be happening? What is the essence of the Corona outbreak? Maybe it is the choice either to go for fear or to go for joy, ease and love; the choice to stay in survival mode or to go for new opportunities.

Fear brings more fear and limitations on all levels of our being. Joy, ease and love create health and the possibility of new beginnings.

What if we experience the Coronavirus outbreak as a flow where we can choose which forms with their related functions we create.

What will we cover in this article:

  • Experiencing the Coronavirus outbreak as a flow
  • The major players of the board game
  • What gives you strength and power in these times
  • The dance between our small self and our true self

Experiencing the Coronavirus outbreak as a flow

Flow, form and function is the movement in all of existence. If we are willing to consider the possibility that the Coronavirus outbreak is a flow of life force we open up to many possible choices with regard to the forms and functions that are able to unfold. We give our self the possibility to be responsive to what happens in our life and to live with ease and joy.

Yes there is the fear and yes there is the reality of people dying. It is important that we don’t underestimate the fear in the collective field, it is dense and sticky. It is invisible and contagious. Our small selves are very susceptible to fear. Each of us has his or her unique way in which our small self processes fear. Some of us experience panic attacks, some of us try to control, others stay calm and try to fix, analyse, rationalise. Some will become angry or blame. These are all survival modes related to, and triggered by, the field of fear.

There are a lot of ramifications caused by a collective field paralysed by fear or being governed by fear.  Fear has no power in itself, but when so many people, organisations and systems invest in fear, it becomes overwhelming. We are allowing fear to have authority over us, creating a loop of fear.

The only solution is to move our attention from fear-based choices towards our true self, aligning us to what really matters to us.

What is the underlying message of the outbreak, what is it bringing us? If we consider this outbreak as a flow of life force, we are able to see it as part of the intelligent design of the earth and all life on it and as part of our evolution. This is the very big picture and how does that look in our everyday life? What possibilities open up for us?

How can we with the ChancesToChange board game be of service?

The ChancesToChange board game creates a field where you are a long-awaited guest. We invite you to visit and play with us. We will completely welcome you.

Let’s start by looking at the major players in the board game and how they speak to you.

The major players in the board game

Let’s have a look at all the major players:

Our body provides us, as a human being, with processes and symptoms related to our experience of what is happening to us and around us. This is absolutely true in this moment. Our hospitals and intensive care units are overloaded with patients needing assistance in their journey with the Coronavirus.

Stress has a negative effect on our immune system and fear is a huge stress factor. Joy on the other hand allows our body to access its inner healing capacity.

Our body is our most intimate partner in this adventure of being human. Our body partners with our soul. How do you listen to your body?

Our soul converts all our experiences into consciousness and is the bridge between us as spiritual beings and us as human beings. This bridge is our inner channel. Our soul has a script of those experiences it wants to have in this lifetime. You might consider the Coronavirus outbreak part of your soul’s script!

Our experiences in life happen in the collective field, another major player.

The collective field is our playground and the memory of mankind. The imprints of fear in the field can cause us to endlessly repeat our old stories. At the same time we can experience the vastness and wholeness of the collective essence in the flow of the Coronavirus and allow this to support a unique new story for us as individuals and for the earth in general. How are you affected by this library of humanity?

The next player is our mind which arises through an interaction between the energy of the collective field, our body and our soul. In the board game there is no specific card for the mind and at the same time the mind is always present in the background as our mind processes all the information and energy that comes to us. Our mind is an amazing processor and if disconnected from our body and soul it can become quite a challenge to live our life to the fullest and cope with what is happening to us and around us. Especially in these times, we become a playball in the collective field, because our mind informs our personality.

Our personality (= small self) is made up of aspects and facets which are constantly changing through experiencing. The Coronavirus outbreak and more precisely the fear-based choices affect the roles, titles and identifications our personality has gathered throughout our lives. The yellow card in the picture below shows us how our personality thinks, feels and acts.

How do you weave a colourful tapestry with these three facets in your life? Are thinking, feeling and doing supporting each other?

The game adds another major player to our life: silence. Silence is a place of rest and a moment of connection with our inner self. Each time we listen in the game we bring our awareness to our centre. We listen from within to source, our body and the collective field. The Coronavirus outbreak brings a great deal of silence back into our lives.

We have described the six major players. This picture gives them all a place – our body (1), our soul and inner channel (2), our mind (3), the collective field (4), our personality (5) and silence (6) – and shows the interaction and ongoing exchange between all of them.

We return to the silence and we invite you to connect to your own inner being and gently ask yourself: “What gives me strength and power in these times?”

What gives you strength and power in these times?

When we connect to our inner being, we automatically land in our inner channel. This channel grounds our soul into the earth and keeps our soul connected to the spiritual world to carry forth its purpose. This inner channel is also our intention. What is intention?

Intention is how we embrace the fullness of the offerings, tasks and challenges of our life as a human being. This also includes the challenges and offerings of the Coronavirus outbreak. Practically this unfolds through the fact that each facet of our personality has its own unique intention and there is a weaving between all these different intentions. Intention is how we bring the deepest truth of who and what we are and who and what we become into the world.

Intention is an immeasurable and indescribable force that connects everything in the universe. The earth and all life on earth, every spiritual being and all our creations have an intention. How can you find your intention?

Each intention gives birth to a toroidal field (donut shaped) which holds our highest possible potential. As the picture shows, this toroidal field encompasses all the main players of this game: body, soul, collective field, mind, personality and silence. You can see visually how all that is related to your so-called human self – your body, mind, the collective field, your personality (=small self) – are held in this toroidal field. Your soul is the bridge between your human self and a much bigger part of the totality of your self.

The true self and the small self

The card of self refers to my true spiritual being and is the totality of who I am and who I become. My true self enables me to pioneer, to refresh and renew who I am in the world, what I do and how I think, feel and sense. It is my true self that can choose to turn my attention away from the field of fear. My personality is a smaller part of my true self and much more easily triggered through this field of fear. My personality is the part of me that will choose more easily for the role of victim.

Conclusion

We always have the choice to align with our inner being and to move with grace and determination with whatever happens in our life or we can be governed by our small self’s programmes of fear and act upon those. It is a fine balance and all is welcome. We can have any experience we wish to have and afterwards return to what really matters to us.

We welcome all the major players in this board game which are also the major players in our day-to-day life. We know that our true self radiates light and love no matter what happens to us or around us; no matter which choices we make or do not make; regardless of where we bring our attention and regardless of how we are affected by the collective field or affect the collective field in turn. Our true self is always a continuously changing expression of our essence.

Please join us in our Awareness Marathon! We gently and lovingly share awareness and allow more perspectives and more choices.

An Awareness Marathon is where we invite each of us to breath and to connect with what really matters, with the truth of who we are and how we want to serve in this changing world! It is free and it is global!  It is joyful and it is contagious! We are ten facilitators ready to meet you in breakout rooms! Be welcome!

7 Lessons to Approach the Untamed Mysterious Force of Love

Love is not ruled by your will or what you do, maybe you often fear what love may say to you! Remember that “you” always have an intimate partner at your side!

love the untamed force

Love is like water; stored in clouds it has a huge overview, a perspective where it can see everything from a distance. When the cloud empties itself on the fields, the water deeply engages with nature. The water becomes a physical sensation, water can be a powerful cleansing and very nourishing, and it can be a destroying force. Water always somewhere somehow returns to its perspective high up in the sky.

Love is such an amazing fascinating creative force in our lives, are you ready to be surprised?

  1. Love is not the opposite of fear.
  2. Love seduces and will never allow itself to be seduced.
  3. Love embraces contradictions and thrives through conflicts.
  4. Love is always different
  5. Love is a natural human need
  6. Love is an act of faith and there is no guarantee for exchange.
  7. Love is ongoing expressed from Nature towards us.

1. Love is not the opposite of fear.

Fear can cause us to withdraw from love and it is an error to say that we can choose between love and fear. Voices of fear block your capacity to trust and your ability to heal. We can dance with love and experience fear at the same time. Fear is part of your personality. Love is a cosmic creative force.

2. Love cannot be seduced

We often try to seduce love by submission, power, beauty, wealth, tears or smiles. You cannot seduce love. True love seduces and will never allow itself to be seduced. True love seduces through its magnificence and high vibration, you fall in love with love!

3. Love embraces contradictions and conflicts

Love grows with contradictions and thrives through conflicts. Love transforms and heals and can end up destroying you, because your personality experiences love as a destructive force.

4. Love is always different

Each meeting with love is different. You always start anew. The people who left you do not take the sun with them although that is often how it feels. With every person leaving you, comes a hidden hope for a new possibility to express love.

5. Love is a natural human need

You love because you need to love. Needs are normal and part of your human condition. You can play with the strategies you apply to get this need for love met.

6. Love is an act of faith

Opening the door for love is an act of faith and there is no guarantee for exchange.

You don’t know how long love will stay or if your love will be returned.

 7. Love is expressed through Nature

Nature is a manifestation of the Love of Source or God or whatever name you wish to give that which is bigger than you are. Nature continues to love you, no matter how you treat Nature.

CONCLUSION

Love creates and destroys, cleanses and drowns you. Love is a word that only gets meaning when somebody arrives to give it meaning. Love is only a word until you let yourself be possessed by its untamed mysterious force.

The invitation is to keep your heart wide open. When you go home, you find out that someone has been waiting for you, looking for the same thing you were looking for and experiencing the same anxieties and longings.

The one who has been waiting for you is your physical body. This amazing fascinating partner accompanies you in your exquisite experience of life on Earth.

The most important fact is that your physical body is part of nature and by this loves you unconditionally, pure and with great force.

I received my inspiration for this article through reading a chapter in Paulo Coelho’s book Manuscript found in Accra.

You can read more of this exquisite relationship between you and your physical body in my book Becoming What is Changing: Exposition.

How to fall in Love with Our State of Being

How to fall in Love with Your State of Being

Dia1Creating an intimate partnership between your soul ego and the human ego, allows your hearts to beat as one. Your soul sees through the eyes of the human self.

What is our State of Being?
Imagine our ego not being good or bad. Consider the possibility that you in fact have two egos at work in what you assume to be you. The ego is an aspect of this fascinating body-mind, which you chose for your partnership on Earth, and your spiritual self also has an ego.

This brings us to the question: Who is the ‘I’ that is making decisions, making choices, creating, healing, dreaming and resting?
This is a profound question. Let us first clarify the purpose of incarnation, and then have a closer look at the innate intelligence of the body. This brings us towards more insight around the idea of two egos.

• The purpose of all of us coming into this human realm is to achieve soul growth through experiencing life on Earth.
• Our physical body has a natural intelligence independent from our soul.
• Inside each of us, there are two egos that signed on for a partnership.
• The ‘I’ experiencing through the physical body is our soul.

What is the purpose of our incarnation?
We have different developmental levels as souls, and according to our level we are assigned a body-mind to have our experience and growth.
Assigned might not be the right word, as we have a say in all this, we have free choice. Michael Newton explores this territory profoundly through his groundbreaking research into the afterlife.
We incarnate on Earth with the purpose to allow our souls to grow through experiencing life in a physical body.
The physical body is a living organism that has developed over many thousands of years and has a natural intelligence. I highlight some specifics of our sacred physical body.

The natural intelligence of the body
Our physical body is in close connection with the essence from the field of endless possibilities. This field surrounds and permeates everything in the Universe.

In each of the 50 trillion cells we find a nucleus, which harbors the DNA, the library of the ancestral heritage, the blueprint of this living organism. All these 50 trillion cells are organized in tissues, organs and systems.

The intelligence further reveals itself through the fact that there is no hierarchy in the body. The heart of the body-mind has a particular role and facilitates the connection between the physical body and its energy field. This energy field is created through the electrical currents that are generated in the physical body and give rise to an electromagnetic field that uses the physical body as a conductor. Whatever happens in the physical body will affect the energy field. Childhood stories that are stored in the physical body have specific vibrations in the field. To achieve this, the physical body applies the laws of classical physics. Any changes in the energy field will mutually affect the physical body. This is one of the manifestation processes of diseases and symptoms. Certain thoughts, beliefs, images—all vibrations in our energy field—will be revealed as physical processes to teach us.

The ego is a specific energetic constellation within the electromagnetic field surrounding and permeating our body. The natural intelligence of the body organizes and provides itself with an assistant.
The ego is part of the development of the front aspect of the third chakra, the energy vortex in our energy field located at our solar plexus. A healthy ego is a conductor for the inner symphony of different tones, musical instruments and notes.

This is only a glimpse of the majesty of our sacred physical bodies. They are an amazing tool for our souls to experience in many unexpected and refreshing ways.

A partnership between our soul and body-mind
The ‘I’ that is experiencing is not our physical body or our personality, our human ego or our mind, whatever name you give it. The ‘I’ that experiences through the physical body is our soul, our spiritual self, our spiritual ego. We are often misinterpreting this deep truth through a human ego that tries to make sense. This is such fascinating territory! What is the human ego then? Let us recapitulate: Our physical body is Divine and part of the wholeness of all that is, and it has a self-organizing principle inherent through which it functions. One of the results of this self-organizing is the creation of an ego as a conductor to govern the body-mind.

This is so fascinating; many times we identify with the human ego and let it steal the show. Our soul can only witness and wonder why this illusion seems so real. From the bigger perspective ‘I’ can allow everything to be as it is and be completely at ease and happy, ‘I’ create an intimate relationship between the two egos. We become much bigger then the separate parts of this partnership.
So of course it depends on which body-mind you are creating a partnership with. It is true that some body-minds are seemingly more difficult than other body-minds. The teaching lies in the possibilities incorporated in the partnership.
The real question is, what are we ready to learn?

The practicality of this partnership
I refer to the words of Ya’Acov Darling Khan from Movement Medicine:
“Letting the dancer awaken through the breath,
animate this body.
There are many times
when we forgot you dear body,
when we followed someone else’s story,
someone else’s dream.
When we tried to take somebody’s shape
that wasn’t our own.
Let the dancer bring you back to the wisdom,
to the intelligence of this body.
Dance yourself,
breath yourself,
back home,
back home.”

I perceive sadness in these words, a sadness of the missed intimacy with the body-mind, and at the same time this exemplifies the invitation to animate the body-mind with our soul. Ya’Acov introduces the inner dancer as our spiritual ego that follows the intention to come home in the body-mind we agreed upon.

I add a story to make it more practical. I experience sadness in my body-mind around unmet needs in my relationship with a precious friend. I am curious what the meaning is of this sadness.
In my morning practice I dance, and I realize there is a meaning when I experience sadness, that it is not just the sadness in itself that it is a doorway to much more of myself, and I guess I am seeing a deeper part. So indeed, there is always more insight, more uncovering and experiencing of knowledge. So fascinating!

The sadness is there. I can perceive it and even locate it in my physical body in my heart and throat. And I am already wondering, is it ‘my’ physical body? Am ‘I’ my physical body? Or is the ‘I’ really my spiritual being, the soul who I am and who is having the possibility of creating an intimate partnership with this sacred, amazing body-mind and through this experience of life, so intimate as if ‘I’ am the body-mind that I partner with.
I feel the doorway. I feel how the human heart and my spiritual heart beat as one, the heart of this sacred body-mind and the heart of my soul.

Something shifts in this very moment, as if ‘I’ see the world through the eyes of this beautiful body-mind. The ‘I’ that is seeing is my soul.
I feel deeply touched, this is really very sacred and profound. I feel vulnerable and open.

Conclusion

Awareness is the answer to how we can affect our State of Being. Awareness offers the choice to apply your intention to accomplish your soul’s purpose on Earth. Our State of Being is defined through the bridge between our two selves, our spiritual self or soul and our human self or body-mind. The stronger this bridge, the more magnetizing and magnificent our State of Being. This will ultimately affect our world and create this more beautiful world our heart knows is possible.
Our heart that is part of our spiritual self knows and our human heart knows. The heart that is part of our body-mind is an amazing facilitator. We can discern a facilitator of all the processes of the physical body and a facilitator between the different parts of the personality. The hearts of our soul and of the body-mind are important aspects of the bridge between our two selves.

The invitation is to trust beyond the sometimes limited reality of the body-mind and the illusions which arise through experiencing life on Earth.
When we can see the world through this sacred body-mind, we also really see others in all their beauty and exuberance, and nothing is required in return. We simply see, and this is the strength of all that we are exploring and creating in the world.
And this makes us happy and fulfilled beyond measure.

This is so astonishing!

Becoming what is changing is the very act of bridging the body-mind and our soul.
How is your partnership with the body-mind?
I look forward to your comments.
