Aspects of life

Life as a Human Being: The Structure of our Playground!

The flow of consciousness organises itself in a magnificent structure to serve you as a human being and offer you the possibility to experience and integrate.

You embark on this fascinating exploration with a card from the ChancesToChange board game. This card describes the triad between soul, biological family and your spiritual family.

Your soul is an immortal aspect of you. Your soul is a record of all your feelings, emotions and actions throughout your entire life and all of your other life experiences. Your biological family is your parents, their parents, your ancestors and any children you may have. The spiritual world is part of the unseen reality of life through the universe and the galaxies. It is inhabited by spirits that have different gradations of light and darkness just as it is on earth.

This article sits with the important and challenging question: How can you weave those three aspects throughout your life as a human being?

To help your understanding of this fascinating question, the content of this article has been set out in four sections:

  • What do you need to experience life as a human being?
  • How does the playground look?
  • A close-up of the earth-bound dimensions.
  • A close-up of the 4th

What do you need to experience life as a human being?

You definitely need a planet to live on and a body to partner with. You also need a playground with boundaries in space and time to allow you to experience and fully live your life as a human being.

The starting point of all this is the flow of consciousness organizing itself into a structure that enables you, as a spiritual being, to experience what it is to be human.

Consciousness is the fabric of everything. Out of consciousness all else is created and everything returns to the source of consciousness.

Consciousness begins to create the intelligent design of the earth and all life on it. As you have heard in many creation myths or origin stories which can be found in religions and indigenous cultures. Our bodies are an integral part of this intelligent design of the earth. All that consciousness creates also has its own part of consciousness contained in it. This enables a further unfolding of the evolutionary purpose after its creation.

How does the playground look?

A dimension is a means of organizing different planes of existence according to their vibratory rate. Each dimension has certain sets of laws and principles that are specific to the frequency of that dimension. Inhabitants of each dimension have a different perception of what happens in the universe and in other dimensions.

As you can see above some dimensions are more related to the earth and some dimensions are more related to the spiritual spheres.

In order for us to have the fullness of our experience as a human being we ideally need access to as many dimensions as possible and to be able to travel between them. This is what it means to be and become a multidimensional being.

A close up of the earth-bound dimensions.

The picture offers you a closer look at the earth-bound dimensions:

  • The first dimension (1D) is the deep core of the earth.
  • The second dimension (2D) is covering the core and extending to the surface of the earth.
  • The third dimension (3D) extends from the surface of earth. The 3D reality is bound through time and space. This is what gives you your day-to-day life which you perceive through your five senses.
  • The fourth dimension (4D) is also an earth-bound dimension. It is your portal into the collective consciousness and offers access to levels which have a higher vibration.

A close-up of the fourth dimension.

If you look at the image, you can discern a barrier (a yellow line) between the existing dimensions of the spiritual world and the dimensions related to the earth. It is not really a barrier, the fourth dimension functions as a diaphragm.

Energy beams (the dark blue arrows) hit the outer border and fracture into two different beams (the light blue arrows). One beam returns to the spiritual dimensions and one enters 4D. This enables a natural protection of the earth from the powerful energy beams of the higher dimensions, which are partly reflected back to their origin.

As the beam (light blue arrow) continues its journey through the levels of 4D and arrives at the interface with 3D, the beam fractures again into two beams (the orange arrows). These beams travel back into 4D and into 3D respectively. Along their journey they fracture into opposites (the yellow small arrows). Opposites spread through 3D and 4D, creating duality.

Conclusion

Let’s summarise.

We have earth and all life on earth. We have bodies belonging to this intelligent design and we have a playground with duality as a fascinating ingredient.

We have a biological family that belongs to the earth-bound dimensions and our ancestors who spread their lineage out into the spiritual realms.

Our spiritual family inhabits different spheres in the spiritual dimensions and also in the earth-bound dimensions.

It seems as if the dimensions are separate from each other although in fact they permeate each other.

This article offers you a glimpse of the fascinating structure which consciousness creates for you as a spiritual being to play, experiment and experience. The ChancesToChange board game is an exquisite guide on your path and can become a bridge for you to visit different dimensions.

The next article brings you into contact with your inner highway – always available to support you on your multidimensional journey.

Dear ones stay well until we meet again,

Chances to change

THE MANIFESTATION OF A WILDLY ORIGINAL BOARD GAME

You play with two dice and journey through a theory of everything to find your place in all of life and to discover how to live your life to the fullest.

This is the story of how everything I have done in my life has coalesced into the creation of a platform for the emergence of the “ChancesToChange board game”. This game was birthed in December 2016.

  • Guest House Facilitation practice manifesting as a U wave.
  • A three-dimensional view of the Life Pulse.
  • Adding deep human aspects to the infinity symbol.
  • Flipping the orientation of the infinity symbol.
  • Theory U shape-shifts into an infinity symbol.
  • A specific colour code in alignment with the emerging knowledge.
  • A two-dimensional board emerges.

Guest House Facilitation practice manifesting as a U wave

Guest House Facilitation is a complex, interconnected and continuously changing practice, it is fluid and smart-flexible. It is a process of experiencing which can only be expressed in words afterwards. The Guest House Facilitation mission is to listen to all voices, even to the whispers.

The main ingredients of Guest House Facilitation are Theory U and the Life Pulse

Dia44

Theory U (top of the picture above) has been developed by Otto Scharmer and his team, it is a change management method where leaders move through a process of inner knowing and social innovation. Theory U is a framework indeed a method and also a way of being.

The Life Pulse (bottom left in the picture above) is a cosmic principle with different phases: stasis (red), contraction (green), stasis (red), expansion (blue). Stasis or pause is stillness and emptiness. It is an inward movement connecting with our inner being. Contraction is an outward movement where we enter into relationship with our personality. Expansion is an outward movement, where we enter into relationship with the collective field.

The first representations of the Life Pulse and the Theory U during our Guest House Facilitation gatherings were U forms with waves (picture above on the right).

The U process is what happens as Guest House Facilitation (GHF) unfolds. The U process transforms and shape-shifts GHF and vice versa. We create space for this fascinating and wonderful process through graciously bringing our attention to the cosmic principle of the Life Pulse.

A three-dimensional view of the Life Pulse

Panarchy is the study of the interactions between economic growth and human development and how they depend on ecosystems and institutions.

In a step-by-step process by adding the ingredient of Panarchy to the Life Pulse, the Life Pulse naturally emerged as an infinity symbol (April 2016). Contraction (green) and expansion (blue) become loops and both meet in the middle where the phases of stasis (red) are superimposed.

Dia45

The emergence of the Life Pulse as an infinity symbol happened very quickly and from that moment on, the infinity symbol became an integral part of the Guest House Facilitation practice. We explore connectedness and individuality, resilience and vulnerability in relationship with the Life Pulse.

Adding deep human aspects to the infinity symbol

In August 2015, my deep love and appreciation for the physical body gave rise to the idea of creating a Body Tarot card deck to inspire others on their journey with their body. During the following months, a Body Tarot group was formed.

We are crafting a Body Tarot card deck of 120 cards (22 big arcana cards, 70 minor arcana cards and 28 court cards). The Body Tarot is a vehicle to allow a fuller expression of our true self through listening to our body.

The 22 cards (0-21) of the big arcana each represent an aspect of being human starting with the “Void” and comprising fascinating aspects like “Collective consciousness”, “Relationship”, “Community”, ending with “Cosmic Consciousness”.

Those 22 cards organise themselves as three waves of the infinity symbol shown in the picture below.

ChanceToChange Boardgame_52

These big arcana cards affect the Guest House Facilitation practice and are affected by GHF in return – cross-fertilization unfolds.

Flipping the orientation of the infinity symbol

Through the lived experience of the lemniscate within the practice of Guest House Facilitation the orientation naturally changed. The outward movement of contraction (green) flips to the left side and the outward movement of expansion (blue) flips to the right side. The inward movement of stasis (red) stays at the centre of the infinity symbol.

Flipped infinity symbol

In the course of Guest House Facilitation new elements are added onto the infinity symbol such as the difference between inner and outer potential, vulnerability as the other side of resilience and individuality balancing connection. All those seemingly opposite aspects are a continuum and need each other in order to keep the fluidity in the whole system.

Theory U shape-shifts into an infinity symbol

The U transforms into an infinity symbol as described on the picture below. The down part of the U makes a loop as does the upwards part and both meet in the middle in the area of presencing.

transforming the U

This is a huge revelation within the practice of GHF: each time we have finished a U, we come back to the centre and prepare for another ride. The centre is the presencing, the connection with source, with our essence.

Colours in alignment with the depth of the knowledge

Slowly a specific colour code emerged. The primary colours are blue, red and yellow. Blue is the colour given to the soul and spiritual family. Red is the colour used for the physical body and the earth. Yellow is the colour assigned to the collective field and our biological family. You can recognize all these colours on the left side of the picture below.

Colourcode CTC

Mixing up these colours give the other colours as can be seen on the picture above on the right.

Red and yellow give orange. Orange becomes the colour for expansion, for the outward movement into relationship with others. Our body (red) interacts with the collective field (yellow).

Blue and yellow give green. Green becomes the colour for contraction, for the outward movement into relationship with our personality. Our soul (blue) interacts with the collective consciousness (yellow).

Red and blue give purple. Purple represents the stasis, the silent mind through the intimate connection between our body (red) and soul (blue).

Magenta is red, blue and yellow or green, purple and orange. Magenta is the colour associated with mind.

This colour code is applied throughout all the graphic facilitation of the practice of Guest House Facilitation.

A two-dimensional board emerges

In December 2016, I was guided to intuitively craft a board game to play with my family on Christmas Day. My husband, our four children and their partners are my tribe and my most precious container on my journey to create the more beautiful world my heart knows is possible. I experienced a deep desire to celebrate their magnificence and find an easy way to transmit what makes me so full of joy and aliveness. The result was the first prototype of this board game.

Blue dots on board game

You might notice that the board has blue dots. These are the big arcana cards of the Body Tarot and as already explained these are all aspects of being human.

inifnity symbol boardThe infinity symbol simplifies into its current form in the board game, while still retaining all its content (from Theory U and Panarchy). The green and orange areas each have three different phases.

CONCLUSION

This is an integration of Theory U, the Life Pulse and Panarchy with a lived experience of the practice of Guest House Facilitation and seasoned with the big arcana cards of the Body Tarot. These cards are deep human aspects which we are normally not aware of.

The outcome is an amazingly simple board with all these levels of knowledge underneath and supported by the being of this game. This being is a living organism following universal laws.

This process of shape shifting and emerging reveals both the holographic and holistic aspects of the board game.

The board game received the name: ChancesToChange.

I am a social entrepreneur, a change-maker, a physician, a healer, a facilitator, a trainer, a coach and an author. I shift and take on different roles. I spent nearly three decades of my life as a physician specializing in geriatric care, including a 21-year career as department head in an Antwerp regional hospital, until August 2012.

In 2003, I began my studies as an energy healer, teacher, process facilitator and supervisor at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Till 2014, I taught at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing Europe.

In 2010, Jim Rough trained me in the practice of Dynamic Facilitation, which I moulded through workshops and training sessions into a new integrative practice of facilitation which I call ‘Guest House Facilitation’.

In 2013, I wrote and self-published a book, Becoming What is Changing: Exposition, it is the first part of a trilogy. The book integrates a great deal of my experiences in the hospital with the elderly and our caregivers’ team. The aim is for each of us to allow the emergence of the kind of transformation into our lives and workplaces, so that we can create an environment where we and others are joyful, alive and continuously growing.

In 2012, I discovered the Art of Hosting community. I attended several workshops and had the opportunity to be on the hosting team of several gatherings in Zimbabwe, South Africa and France.

One of the cornerstones of my practice is Theory U designed by Otto Scharmer. I have followed the u.labs over the past two years.

In August 2015, my deep love and appreciation for the physical body gave rise to the idea to create a Body Tarot card deck to inspire others on their journey with their body. During the following months our Body Tarot group was formed.

Everything I have done in my life has coalesced into the creation of a platform for the emerging of the “ChancesToChange board game”, birthed in December 2016.

Aspects of life

Experiencing the life pulse as an Infintity Symbol

EXPERIENCING THE LIFE PULSE AS AN INFINITY SYMBOL.

Combine the cosmic principle of expansion, stillness and contraction with individuality and connectedness, potential and resilience.

How can we bring the genius potential in each other into being?

The answer is remembering this fabulous cosmic principle of the life pulse that exists in every living being and group being.

What are the crucial ingredients of this magical infinity symbol?

  • A pulsating potential
  • A safe space
  • Connectedness and individuality
  • Resilience and vulnerability

A pulsating potential

The life pulse is a cosmic principle that governs all of life in the Universe. It is pulsating and endless moving. It has three aspects, which are expansion, stillness and contraction. They follow each other, are intrinsically connected, one cannot without the other.

dia15An easy way to connect with the cosmic principle of the life pulse is silence. Bringing our attention to the stillness, the purple in our image, in the middle in the bottom area. This is the arriving out of the muchness of our current life circumstances, with all that happens to us and around us.

In this fascinating silence nothing happens and yet everything happens.

If you wish you can experience this silence in this moment.

The stillness is the gathering of momentum for the next phase of the life pulse.

dia16The purple arrow shows how you move from the stillness into contraction (green on our image). It is an inward movement where you transform the outer potential offered through the exploitation into inner potential through nourishment, consolidation and integration. The wave continues and invites us to let go, which feels like a letting go of inner potential in order to achieve outer potential. We let go to create space.

At the end of the contraction, we move into another moment of stillness (the purple on top in the middle). This is the silence in which we listen to guidance.

What is the next step in our life, in our organization, our projects?

The expansion is a moving outward, towards the other (orange on our image). What wants to be given birth to in the free space created through the letting go? The potential balances towards outer potential as newness is brought into the world. It is the pioneering. Expansion continues and makes a crucial turn towards exploitation, as you can see this is again accompanied by a movement from outer into inner potential.

We have an ongoing wave, we reach again stillness in order to be leaded into stabilization, integration and consolidation. The potential that is touched into has to be integrated.

A safe space

The virtual safe space is created energetically through the endless sign. As if the sacred geometry of this sign holds you. The geometry trusts that you have the answers for your own questions and challenges.

The safety has the form of an ongoing wave always originating and always returning to the vastness of stillness.

Even if we loose track of the wave, it is there when we return, reminding us of its different aspects. The safety resides within the different aspects of the life pulse. The gentle stabilization and consolidation secures the potential after its movement through exploitation and offers nourishment. The letting go or dying is securing the safety of the whole. The emerging future in the expansion harbors the safety of growth and the application into the world.

Connectedness and individuality

The sacredness of the life pulse as an infinity symbol lays in the uniqueness of each living being and process and the connectedness of all living beings and living processes.

The individuality shows itself in the releasing; the letting go is an act that moves a living process or a living being from individuality into connectedness . This connectedness is needed in order for the pioneering, the reorganization to be able to unfold.

dia17

When fresh ideas or new aspects of the Self arise, the next step is the exploitation, the bringing it into fruition into the world.

For this step we need connectedness. We dance between both, it is an and/and and not an either/or though in a wave mode, moving from one to the other. The consolidation and integration is an individual act.

Resilience and vulnerability

Another interesting aspect of the life pulse representing itself as an infinity symbol is the movement between vulnerability and resilience.

dia19

There are two specific moments in the wave that we balance towards vulnerability. The first moment is when we move inward in order to stabilize and consolidate; the second moment is when we move into the reorganization, the pioneering. Vulnerability is important and is daring greatly.

We are resilient when we accomplish a letting-go, a release of what we no longer need. We are equally resilient when we bring our pioneering into exploitation.

Resilience is our ability to recover after difficult situations.

CONCLUSION

This view on the life pulse reveals how it is intricately interwoven with all living processes and all living beings. It is so fascinating and awesome. It brings light into all the natural phenomena and helps us to open up for the field of endless possibilities.

We often forget how genius and exhilarating we are.

This amazing pulsating infinity symbol opens doors and windows.

We need courage and commitment to bring this awareness of the life pulse back into our lives and to play with the different aspects without rigidifying the whole process through control.

Each individual has an evolutionary purpose. The question for each participant is: What is my calling to be here? What do I need, what is my longing? What is my offering? And always connected with how can I bring that into the world, my organizations, my life?

The life pulse as cosmic principle is extensively described in the pathwork lectures (channelings by Eva Pierrakos: www.pathwork.org) the infinity symbol comes from the elaborate work of the Resiliance Alliance, a group of leading organizations and individuals involved in ecological and economic research around the world. The book: Panarchy. Understanding Transformation in Human and Natural Systems edited by Lance H. Gunderson. C.S. Holling.

The life pulse is an inherent aspect of the practice of Guest House Facilitation. You can read more about this magnificent practice here on this website ChancesToChange or you can contact me.

With love and gratitude

Aspects of life

A Constellation Reallocates Normal Human Needs.

A Constellation Reallocates Normal Human Needs.

It is normal and human to have needs. Growth is learning to own our needs and find appropriate strategies to meet them. This process releases our inner child from a huge burden.

This is the question of a courageous articulate young woman, ready to bring her unique bright essence and purpose into the world.

How can I have a relationship and not loose my self?

She explains: “It seems that often in a relationship a younger part of me occupies the stage of my life and requires a great deal of attention.”

These are the steps in our constellation:

  • Painting the scenery.
  • Bringing consciousness into the entanglement
  • What do we need to bring in?
  • Completing the constellation

Painting the scenery

The case giver decides to set up representatives for her self, her mother, her father and her young self.

Costellations_1

When she places the representatives in the space, she sees how a triangle is formed between the father, self and young self. Mother is not included.

You can see the first scenes on the cartoon.

Costellations_2Costellations_3

Bringing consciousness into the entanglement

When the facilitator asks the father to face his wife. He faces his daughter. This shows how a switching of roles happened. When the facilitator shares this observation with the case giver, it becomes apparent that this situation feels comfortable for her, she does not intend to exchange her place with her mother.

The cartoon shows the next phases:

Costellations_4 Costellations_5

The parents are in a conflict relationship and from that place both reach out to their daughter to get their needs met. Young self wants to escape the scenery, things shift when she is held in the triangle. We arrive back at our start point. We need something else.

What do we need to bring in?

If we bring the focus on what self wants, this can change the entanglement.

We bring in the consciousness of a passionate job.

Costellations_6 Costellations_7

This is the point in the constellation where you bring in order.

Self cannot trust her passion, a job she really wants to do unless she gets out of the entanglement. Self is invited to address her parents and acknowledge that she got life from her father and her mother and that she is willing to take it to the fullest, with all that comes with it.

Completing the constellation

The case giver takes her place in the constellation, in order to have an embodied experience. She needs to acknowledge her father and her mother and the place of her mother next to her father.

This often creates resistance in a case giver. Even if a pattern is not healthy, we are used to is and it is scary to choose for the unknown.

She connects with her young self and admits that she never learned how to address her needs for contact, companionship, partnership and love.

CONCLUSION

When you are born in a family where your parents never learned how to care for their needs, you become the parent at a young age. Your inner child is trying to cope with this situation and to make sure your needs are fulfilled.

She does that from the perspective of her age and that can easily destroy your adult relationships.

There is nothing wrong with this inner child, it is not her task to look for your needs. If you as the adult grown up take back the responsibility to care for your needs she can be the young you again, with her joy and playfulness, her tenderness and warmth.

If you wait for your parents to grow up, you stay caught into an entanglement. The only way is to accept them as they are and acknowledge that life comes from them with all that this means and that you are willing to take it to the fullest.

Aspects of life

Back Pain Speaks to “Self” through a Family Constellation.

Back Pain Speaks to “Self” through a Family Constellation.

Ancestral consciousness can assist our body to represent the conflicts, which we need in order to fulfil our soul’s purpose.

This is the story of an amazing young man, with a wonderful set of skills and accomplishments, with great possibilities to succeed in life and yet contained through a huge back pain since the age of 14.

What is his back trying to tell him?

We sit in a devoted group who is ready to delve deep into the constellation work in order to bring clarity to personal processes and through these into the world.

  • Getting to know the current issue
  • Setting up the representatives
  • The unfolding of the process
  • The climax of the constellation

Getting to know the current issue

You start the constellation with an interview, the case giver is invited to speak from the “I” perspective, to share the current situation and to describe the different stakeholders. It is good to invite the case giver to share his intention with regard to the outcome of the constellation. How does he want to be after this session?

Our case giver has a back problem, which started at the age of 14. At this age his parents divorced after having been living apart for several years. The divorce inflicted important financial problems on his mother. The case giver feels he has to protect his mother and behave perfectly.

Recently his back pain increased and now is also radiating towards his shoulders, blocking his ability to live his life to its fullest potential.

His intention is to understand how his back is serving him.

Setting up the representatives.

Images_18The facilitator proposes to set up the primary family system: the mother, the father and the self. She intuitively suggests to also represent the grandmother on the father’s side.

The first view of the positioning shows that there is no contact between self and his father and grandmother

The mother is in search of something that seems to be on the ground and is wondering why nobody takes note of this. A pillow is brought in to represent this so-called “secret”.

The grandmother hides something. A representative is chosen to be a body, which is lying on the floor, probably someone who died.

The unfolding of the process

It becomes quickly obvious that there is a secret that the mother is obliged to hold in order to protect her son. This secret does not belong to the mother it belongs to the father.

This secret however cannot return to the father. The only journey the secret can take is through the son.

It takes a while for the self to be able to receive the secret from his mother. It is very painful without knowing what it is he receives. Huge terror is created in self. The back pain in self increases.

Self reaches out to his father to help him.

The climax of the constellation

Images_19Something happened in the past with the father. His mother, the grandmother protected her son and kept this secret hidden for the outside world. In one or another way this secret was transferred to her daughter-in-law. The father cannot own this trauma and even in the constellation is unable to look at it, accept it, process it.

His son has to take it and he needs to acknowledge and accept that life comes from his father and from his mother with all that belongs to it.

CONCLUSION

We have amazing intelligent physical bodies, they are our most intimate partners in this life. When there is a physical problem a constellation can reveal its ancestral consciousness with its underlying beliefs and constructs.

Ancestral consciousness in this constellation is a secret, which creates a distortion in the field. The need to protect somebody is very present in this constellation. The case giver mentions in the interview the urge to protect his mother, in the constellation there is a huge need for protection from the grandmother towards her son and from the mother towards her son.

It is important for the case giver to bring all the representatives into his inner being. The constellation is a mirror, a reflection of what happens inside. The secret, entanglement, construct or pattern from the past only serves to teach the self.

The back pain can heal when time is ready and the teachings are integrated.

A Family Constellation dispels the powerful force of Wetiko.

Embody this power of evil within you, be willing to receive all that it means including the ability to destroy. Allow this force to swipe through your defences.

We met with a committed group of people wanting to learn how to bring more awareness into the world. We invited from the very first moment that what is happening around us in the world into our circle.

What unfolded was a confrontation with the evil that exists around us and within us. I use the name wetiko, which means somebody who terrorizes others through evil acts.

This is the story of the constellation.

  • Different snapshots of the constellation.
  • The case giver rejects what is revealed.
  • Wetiko moves through the facilitator.

“I am creating a website in order to bring into the world my passion and vision and so far it does not attract any clients or money.”

“I block my passion.”

“I need to resign to power, if I engage with power, I crush or destroy.”

“I need to stay small in order to be safe, to belong. I project my power upon somebody else in order to not have to own it.”

“There is a cage inside of me where I hold back my life force.”

Different snapshots of the constellation.

constellations art1a

The case giver chooses a representative for her website, the client, money, the cage and her self.

Self is totally disconnected from money, and triggered by the client. Self does not want to take action, she is happy with her website and her cage.

When money moves through the constellation and joins the website, it becomes clear that the website does not serve the client.

More changes happen: Self is no longer connected with her website, she is connected with her cage.

The constellation is stuck. The facilitator proposes to bring in a new representative for frustration. Frustration is a distorted form of life force and it helps to move things.

The case giver rejects what is revealed.

The facilitator invites the case giver to look at the constellation. Self only wants her cage. Self reveals a huge resistance to let go of the safety of her cage, to own her power and life force. Her website is not meant to attract clients.

The case giver cannot accept what she sees and disconnects.

There is beauty and precise order in this act of the case giver in this moment. She disconnects from the whole scenery. It is crucial in this phase that the case giver is authentic and does not give in and stays with what is present for her, which is a clear “no”.

Wetiko moves through the facilitator.

Constellations art1bShortly after this disconnection happening through the case giver the facilitator points out to the case giver how she projects her power outside of herself on the facilitator. The case giver stays disconnected.

The facilitator allows this projected power to move through her, she experiences nausea and then completely faints.

Each time she tries to get up and take the lead again, she faints again. The beauty is that she needs to completely let go of control, she expresses how she feels a burning happening inside of her around her solar plexus.

This burning causes intense pain. The pain releases when one participant says: “I accept and own my inner darkness.”

Several of the participants repeat this sentence.

CONCLUSION

We creatively and multidimensionally shaped a constellation where the evil force moved through the facilitator and the group body.

What are the elements, which created the work done in this constellation?

The tool of projection enabled the case giver to project her power upon the facilitator and allowed the projection to land within the facilitator.

The case giver stayed authentic with her “no” and chooses to stay disconnected and separate.

The facilitator was deeply connected with the needs of the work in the moment.

The group body was able to stay present, embody the need to own their inner darkness and create a safe container for the work.

You and I, we all have a role in that which is happening around us. We often play out this part of us that does not want to be responsible, cannot be responsible and disconnects from what is happening around us. This gives evil a possibility to move on, to possess us and to act itself out in the world.

Evil is a creative force and when you do not attach, when you are able to completely surrender and become a vehicle for it, it cleanses and swipes your defences away for you, dissolve any place where a projection from outside can hook inside of you. You reach a new level of vulnerability and openness.

We need both these days. It is not up to one of us to be burned by wetiko, it is up to all of us to own and accept our inner darkness. We all have to be willing to die at the cross to save ourselves and each other.

Paul Levy wrote a magnificent book Dispelling Wetiko to learn more about breaking the curse of evil.

7 Lessons to Approach the Untamed Mysterious Force of Love

Love is not ruled by your will or what you do, maybe you often fear what love may say to you! Remember that “you” always have an intimate partner at your side!

love the untamed force

Love is like water; stored in clouds it has a huge overview, a perspective where it can see everything from a distance. When the cloud empties itself on the fields, the water deeply engages with nature. The water becomes a physical sensation, water can be a powerful cleansing and very nourishing, and it can be a destroying force. Water always somewhere somehow returns to its perspective high up in the sky.

Love is such an amazing fascinating creative force in our lives, are you ready to be surprised?

  1. Love is not the opposite of fear.
  2. Love seduces and will never allow itself to be seduced.
  3. Love embraces contradictions and thrives through conflicts.
  4. Love is always different
  5. Love is a natural human need
  6. Love is an act of faith and there is no guarantee for exchange.
  7. Love is ongoing expressed from Nature towards us.

1. Love is not the opposite of fear.

Fear can cause us to withdraw from love and it is an error to say that we can choose between love and fear. Voices of fear block your capacity to trust and your ability to heal. We can dance with love and experience fear at the same time. Fear is part of your personality. Love is a cosmic creative force.

2. Love cannot be seduced

We often try to seduce love by submission, power, beauty, wealth, tears or smiles. You cannot seduce love. True love seduces and will never allow itself to be seduced. True love seduces through its magnificence and high vibration, you fall in love with love!

3. Love embraces contradictions and conflicts

Love grows with contradictions and thrives through conflicts. Love transforms and heals and can end up destroying you, because your personality experiences love as a destructive force.

4. Love is always different

Each meeting with love is different. You always start anew. The people who left you do not take the sun with them although that is often how it feels. With every person leaving you, comes a hidden hope for a new possibility to express love.

5. Love is a natural human need

You love because you need to love. Needs are normal and part of your human condition. You can play with the strategies you apply to get this need for love met.

6. Love is an act of faith

Opening the door for love is an act of faith and there is no guarantee for exchange.

You don’t know how long love will stay or if your love will be returned.

 7. Love is expressed through Nature

Nature is a manifestation of the Love of Source or God or whatever name you wish to give that which is bigger than you are. Nature continues to love you, no matter how you treat Nature.

CONCLUSION

Love creates and destroys, cleanses and drowns you. Love is a word that only gets meaning when somebody arrives to give it meaning. Love is only a word until you let yourself be possessed by its untamed mysterious force.

The invitation is to keep your heart wide open. When you go home, you find out that someone has been waiting for you, looking for the same thing you were looking for and experiencing the same anxieties and longings.

The one who has been waiting for you is your physical body. This amazing fascinating partner accompanies you in your exquisite experience of life on Earth.

The most important fact is that your physical body is part of nature and by this loves you unconditionally, pure and with great force.

I received my inspiration for this article through reading a chapter in Paulo Coelho’s book Manuscript found in Accra.

You can read more of this exquisite relationship between you and your physical body in my book Becoming What is Changing: Exposition.

Aspects of life

How can we inspire our unique evolutionary purpose?

An inner listening environment offers the voices of judgement, cynicism and fears a safe space to relax and reconnect to their original purpose in our life.

How can we invite our personality to inspire for the highest evolutionary purpose for our soul and physical body?

Our personality is our magic tool to learn to maximally experience live as a soul partnering with a physical body.

Dia11And it is quite an endeavour:

  • Voices of judgement tend to block our ability to change our images and beliefs.
  • Voices of cynicism destroy our natural empathy and our ability to look through the eyes of the other.
  • Voices of fear make it hard for us to let go of our habitual patterns to react to what is happening to us and around us.
  • The invitation is to create a listening environment for the frightened parts of our personality.

Voices of judgment

The voices of judgment continuously express judgment towards ourselves and others. They reinforce the beliefs and images we have of the world, ourselves, and others.

Examples of those voices are:

“You are not okay as you are!”

“You do not belong!”

“You make a fool of yourself!”

Dia12These voices affect our ability to open our reason. Opening our reason means to create space in our brain for our marvellous ideas and concepts, give space to our dreams for our life. The act of opening our reason makes that we allow a creative flow to move through us in connection with ourselves and others. This act creates the possibility of a sacred listening environment.

Voices of cynicism

The voices of cynicism make us feel ashamed of who and how we are in the world. They trouble our sense of being responsible and assimilate what happens to us and around us.

They can sound like:

“You don’t assume you can open your heart without the risk to be hurt!”

“The world is not a safe place and never will be, this world is not for softies!”

“Stop trying to be so kind and gentle!”

“Survival of the fittest!”

Dia11These voices point to our wounding, our pain bodies and stories. They convince us that our natural needs to be seen, to be safe, to be recognized, to be appreciated are endangered and that we have to get into competition with others, close our emotion and stop trying to look at the world through the eyes of the other. They prevent an easy gratification of our natural human needs.

Voices of fear

The voices of fear pretend to protect us from exposing ourselves into the world, from taking the risk to be abandoned, annihilated, rejected, betrayed, humiliated.

Dia10Those voices can sound like:

“You will be abandoned!”

“You will be rejected when you keep on showing so much vulnerability!”

“People will betray you and you will have asked for it!”

“I have said you, you’d better annihilate yourself before somebody else does it!”

Our will tends to rigidify around the patterns that create safety, control and power over others. We are scared to align our will with a higher will, with something that is much bigger than we are.

The frightened parts of our personality

We create different parts in our personality during our childhood. Those parts originate as a result of what happens to us and around us in our childhood.

The different parts of our personality arrange themselves and express themselves as voices of fear, judgement and cynicism and they affect our states of being, which are reason, emotion and will.

The key is to understand our unique make-up and listen to the voices without acting upon them.

The invitation is to create a safe listening space!

When we listen wholeheartedly to a concern, the solution that is also present within us, will easily surface from underneath.

CONCLUSION

These voices of judgment, cynicism and fear limit the expression of our wholeness. They block our ability to be responsible and choose for self-organization. They compromise our deep listening into the evolutionary purpose of ourselves, our groups and the planet.

And yet each of the voices is a doorway.

We can access these doorways through bringing our attention to our breath and by pausing. Offer the frightened parts of our personality that express themselves through these voices a safe listening space.

Through this listening space we allow those frightened parts to embark on a journey inside of ourselves. It is a journey those frightened parts of us need to do by themselves. The bigger Self is not invited on this journey. The bigger Self though stays present and waits patiently for this frightened part to find its own solution when time is ready.

Bringing our attention to our personality and all its frightened parts is how we become what is changing. It affects mutually our soul and our physical body and will lead to the evolutionary purpose for both our soul and our physical body.

An elaborate guide on this mysterious journey that is our life you can find in my book: Becoming What is Changing: Exposition.

I am always looking forward to your comments

Warm regards

Our Physical Bodies: Complex, Evolving and Living Systems!

Self-organization, wholeness and evolutionary purpose are embedded in our physical bodies and the resources to creatively express anew organizations and systems.

Images_7
Our world news powerfully reveals the ecological, social and spiritual divides. These divides represent the separation between self and our planet, self and other and self and self.

Consider the possibility to turn the camera around from what is happening outside of us to our physical body and be open to its amazing potential and its offerings.

  • Our physical body is not a machine; it is a complex, intelligent living system.
  • A cell has a high level of self-organization in order to deal with what is happening to her and around her.
  • A cell strives for inner wholeness and a deep connection and love with all the cells around her.
  • A cell continuously listens to the calling of the living system from which she is a part.

Our physical body is an intelligent being.

Our physical body changes without us being able to affect that, our physical body is an intelligence of its own right and will change according to this intelligent design. Our physical body is not a machine like accepted in the Newtonian view. Fifty trillion individual cells define our physical body. They organize themselves as a complex, participating, interconnected, interdependent and continuously changing and evolving system. They mirror us constantly the structures and processes of self-organization, wholeness, and evolutionary process which define a Teal Organization as described by Frederic Laloux in his extra-ordinary book: Reinventing Organizatons.

Our mind/personality often is a disturbing force in this fascinating eco-system.

Structures and processes reflecting self-organization.

Images_10

There are to many to highlight them all, let us focus on the nucleus and the cell membrane. The nucleus of the cell is not hierarchical more important than any other part of the cell. In the interplay with the rest of the cell, a protein switch activates specific areas of our DNA when that is of service for the highest good of all.

There is no so-called dominator hierarchy and at the same time there are many natural hierarchies with organs as collections of cells that are very skilled in a specific area like renal function or endocrine function. Translated to an organization, we can state that a cell can take on a specific role through which parts of her DNA she activates and she can switch roles when that is appropriate, she is not defined by her role.

Images_11

The cell membrane is how the cell engages with its environment. The cell membrane is the boundary with other cells, with the outside world and the inside world, you could state with all that happens to and around the cell affects the cell membrane.

This fluid structure of cholesterol, phospholipids and proteins enables the emerging of a practice of facilitating welcoming all that is happening to be part of the self-organizing processes within an individual cell and the organism of cells. You can compare a cell membrane at the level of an organization with a structure that enables all the information to be available for everyone. There is a huge level of transparency.

A cell strives for inner wholeness.

The physical body has no duality, nothing is labelled as good or bad. Any process or issue adds to the whole, to the value of this intelligent complex being. It is at the level of the mind/personality that the duality happens.

The fact that the cell has no duality, does not mean that nothing happens, the cell needs a huge conflict management so to speak in order to survive all that is happening to her and around her.

In this huge ongoing change and evolution, a cell makes herself ready for dying when she is ready with her life task, she does not cling to life. She celebrates what she has achieved and dissolves; her basic building blocks serve the emerging of new cells.

This is an invitation for an organization to regularly see which parts of the whole have accomplished their task, celebrate those parts and allow them to dissolve or let them go.

How evolutionary purpose is inherent.

Images_12

Ongoing cleaning, renewing, moving, a cell never stays the same. A special example are the microtubules, they are continuously reshaping, breaking down and building up. Microtubules are the internal communication system of a cell. They are the high-speed technology for exchange of information.

An individual cell continuously listens to the calling of the living system, which is the physical body. She tunes into the creative impulse and potential independent from what she wants as an individual cell. This reminds us to see our organizations as living entities with their own soul and life force. Ask ourselves the question if we listen hard enough to their purposes?

CONCLUSION

We only need to redirect the camera from regarding the outside world to facing our physical body. Cellular awareness is the doorway to access a fascinating amount of self-organization, wholeness and evolutionary purpose.

This article only gives a glimpse of all that is continuously unfolding and happening deep within our physical bodies. Deep within our cells is the access point to the next stage of evolution to how we can creatively express anew that, which has always been there and will always be.

Cellular awareness connects us with that which is healthy, whole and connected. It is a knowing that precludes our wounding and the many overlays to our perception of self. It is accessing the realization within our cells that we are love!

In my book Becoming What is Changing: Exposition you are invited to continue this journey of turning the camera from what happens outside of you to what happens within you.

Easy User’s directions for this Magical Tool: Our Personality!

We reveal the masterpiece of ourselves, by allowing our “observer self” to occupy the driver’s seat and by giving permission to all that happens to affect us.

Collage personalityImagine! Your personality with all its flaws actually is the perfect tool for you to grow and fulfil your soul’s purpose without even figuring out what that purpose is.

It is a very sophisticated tool and like any other such complex tool it needs a manual, it needs user’s directions.

  • Our personality is an energy field.
  • The different structures in the field are our character styles.
  • We take the drivers seat through our “observer self”!
  • We grow through giving a great deal of permission.

Our personality is an energy field.

We are a spiritual being, a soul incarnating with an energy consciousness. Our soul partners with a physical body with an energy consciousness of its own and with energy consciousness from our ancestors.

This energy consciousness is an energy field that surrounds and penetrates the physical body. It represents the different vibrations of ideas, thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, images, concepts. In fact this is the whole of our personality.

The different structures in the field are our character styles.

Whatever happens to us and around us will affect our thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, images, concepts and thus our energy field. At different age frames of our childhood we create structures in our energy field.

These become character styles, which each have a specific set of beliefs, emotions, visions, concepts, feelings, thoughts.

This is an example. A rigid character style is a part of us that strives to be perfect. It originates between the age of 2 and 6 depending on what happens to us and around us in our family of origin. The energy constellation reveals itself as a very tight form that is perfectly fitting around and into our physical body, there are no irregularities, no weak areas. It is our belief that we have to be perfect to be accepted. Our vision is a world with a huge level of perfection, order, clarity.

In our personality we have a mix of different character styles and how we are in the world depends on which of our character styles is in charge.

We take the drivers seat through our “observer Self”!

This is a story about my inner family of character styles. I am awake during the night and an ongoing stream of thoughts moves through me. I feel overwhelmed and there seems no way out. It is chaos, several of my character styles are active on my stage. Suddenly when I can obtain the drivers seat with my “observer self”, I notice how thoughts, ideas, concepts, feelings visions and beliefs of different parts of me are all present and intermingled. Only with my “observer self” in de drivers seat can I create a safe space for all of them, hold them with love and acceptance and allow them to reveal their unique gifts.

Our “observer self” is a part of our personality, which is not attached to any character style, it is neutral. An easy way to access our “observer self” is by bringing our attention to our heart and so to speak open our heart.

We grow through giving a great deal of permission.

Once we have an “observer self” in the driver’s seat we are ready for another user’s direction. This user’s direction is about giving permission for whatever happens to us “and” around us to teach us, trigger us, touch us, affect us, move us.

This interplay with what is actually happening in the world through relationships, events, exchanges is the key feature for revealing this masterpiece which we are!

CONCLUSION

Our character styles can create huge rollercoasters in our lives, bringing happiness and pain, conflict and resolution, love and hate, fear and courage. Although they often seem to lead a life of their own and no way to control them, these user’s directions offer us another option.

Our “observer self” sources the space with loving kindness, patience and clarity for our character styles to reveal their magic.

We know we are affecting the world through our energy field or personality. We understand we express ourselves through our projects, relationships and groups.

In my book Becoming What is Changing: Exposition you can learn more about this magical tool of our personality and our fascinating character styles.
