Aspects of life

A Family Constellation dispels the powerful force of Wetiko.

Embody this power of evil within you, be willing to receive all that it means including the ability to destroy. Allow this force to swipe through your defences.

We met with a committed group of people wanting to learn how to bring more awareness into the world. We invited from the very first moment that what is happening around us in the world into our circle.

What unfolded was a confrontation with the evil that exists around us and within us. I use the name wetiko, which means somebody who terrorizes others through evil acts.

This is the story of the constellation.

  • The case giver shares her current situation.
  • Different snapshots of the constellation.
  • The case giver rejects what is revealed.
  • Wetiko moves through the facilitator.

The case giver shares her current situation.

“I am creating a website in order to bring into the world my passion and vision and so far it does not attract any clients or money.”

“I block my passion.”

“I need to resign to power, if I engage with power, I crush or destroy.”

“I need to stay small in order to be safe, to belong. I project my power upon somebody else in order to not have to own it.”

“There is a cage inside of me where I hold back my life force.”

Different snapshots of the constellation.

The case giver chooses a representative for her website, the client, money, the cage and her self.

Self is totally disconnected from money, and triggered by the client. Self does not want to take action, she is happy with her website and her cage.

When money moves through the constellation and joins the website, it becomes clear that the website does not serve the client.

More changes happen: Self is no longer connected with her website, she is connected with her cage.

The constellation is stuck. The facilitator proposes to bring in a new representative for frustration. Frustration is a distorted form of life force and it helps to move things.

The case giver rejects what is revealed.

The facilitator invites the case giver to look at the constellation. Self only wants her cage. Self reveals a huge resistance to let go of the safety of her cage, to own her power and life force. Her website is not meant to attract clients.

The case giver cannot accept what she sees and disconnects.

There is beauty and precise order in this act of the case giver in this moment. She disconnects from the whole scenery. It is crucial in this phase that the case giver is authentic and does not give in and stays with what is present for her, which is a clear “no”.

Wetiko moves through the facilitator.

Constellations art1bShortly after this disconnection happening through the case giver the facilitator points out to the case giver how she projects her power outside of herself on the facilitator. The case giver stays disconnected.

The facilitator allows this projected power to move through her, she experiences nausea and then completely faints.

Each time she tries to get up and take the lead again, she faints again. The beauty is that she needs to completely let go of control, she expresses how she feels a burning happening inside of her around her solar plexus.

This burning causes intense pain. The pain releases when one participant says: “I accept and own my inner darkness.”

Several of the participants repeat this sentence.

CONCLUSION

We creatively and multidimensionally shaped a constellation where the evil force moved through the facilitator and the group body.

What are the elements, which created the work done in this constellation?

The tool of projection enabled the case giver to project her power upon the facilitator and allowed the projection to land within the facilitator.

The case giver stayed authentic with her “no” and chooses to stay disconnected and separate.

The facilitator was deeply connected with the needs of the work in the moment.

The group body was able to stay present, embody the need to own their inner darkness and create a safe container for the work.

You and I, we all have a role in that which is happening around us. We often play out this part of us that does not want to be responsible, cannot be responsible and disconnects from what is happening around us. This gives evil a possibility to move on, to possess us and to act itself out in the world.

Evil is a creative force and when you do not attach, when you are able to completely surrender and become a vehicle for it, it cleanses and swipes your defences away for you, dissolve any place where a projection from outside can hook inside of you. You reach a new level of vulnerability and openness.

We need both these days. It is not up to one of us to be burned by wetiko, it is up to all of us to own and accept our inner darkness. We all have to be willing to die at the cross to save ourselves and each other.

Paul Levy wrote a magnificent book Dispelling Wetiko to learn more about breaking the curse of evil.

I look forward to your comments.

Her book, Becoming What is Changing: Exposition, is the first part of a trilogy aimed at managers, team leaders and responsible employees who wish to bring this kind of transformation into the workplace, so they can create an environment where people are happy, satisfied and continuously growing. She is the initiator of a Teal Organization: A Mystery School for Life.
